This latest episode of Weyni Tesfai’s “PlanB – Back to Africa” explores Namibia’s colonial history and its lasting impact on land distribution. Her visit to a large farm owned by a German family highlights the complex legacy of land ownership. The video travelogue examines key historical events, including the role of Lothar von Trotha, and their influence on Namibia today. It also presents different perspectives on history and reconciliation efforts. Through conversations and reflections, the event encourages a deeper understanding of Namibia’s past and present.
